We will always endeavour to deliver your container(s) on your preferred delivery dates and times. If a vessel or rail service is delayed, RailX will automatically re-book your container(s) on to the next available service at no charge. These changes will be notified to you and you will have full visibility of your booking via your RailX dashboard.
